Everyone in Brussels and across Europe is working towards realizing the notion of a Digital Single Market in order to take away unnecessary barriers that prevent startups from scaling more quickly across Europe. But what are the promises of this Digital Single Market? Is the Digital Single Market going to enable European tech companies scale to the size of their competitors from the US and Asia?
